Casting for @ruiofficial.me’s Spring/Summer 2024 presentation at Shanghai Fashion Week. Known for its avant-garde approach and boundary-pushing designs, RUI’s SS24 collection sought to capture a vivid and honest picture of female youth in China today.

Our casting approach prioritized individuality, body diversity, and representation. We cast women of all shapes and sizes, ensuring a wide spectrum of beauty that defies conventional norms. Additionally, we featured trans women in the lineup, further reinforcing the collection’s celebration of identity, fluidity, and inclusivity.
